How Emoji Keyboard handles information.

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This policy explains the current information practices for Emoji Keyboard in plain English.

Browser-local storage

The website can store recently used emojis, favorites, selected skin tone, and the collected emoji composer state in your browser on the device you are using. This helps the interface remain useful after reloads and return visits.

Clipboard actions

When you choose copy actions, the website attempts to copy the selected emoji or emoji combination to your device clipboard. That action happens only because you triggered it.

Technical logs

Like most websites, normal hosting and delivery systems may process standard technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, timestamps, and error or security logs to serve and protect the website.

Email correspondence

The Contact page can prepare a message through your chosen email application. Form contents are not submitted to or stored by Emoji Keyboard before the email application opens. If you choose to send the prepared email, your email address and the contents of your message may be processed to respond to your request.

Google Analytics 4

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content, usability, and performance. GA4 may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referring pages, interactions, and visit timing. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, emoji content you compose, or other personally identifiable information to Google.

Analytics consent is denied by default. The GA4 analytics tag does not load and analytics cookies are not set unless you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, Google may set analytics cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits. Your choice is saved in this browser using local storage.

Google acts as our analytics service provider and processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time by selecting “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent denies analytics, removes accessible GA analytics cookies, and reloads the page without the GA4 analytics tag.

See the Cookie Policy for the current browser-storage inventory and consent details.

Google AdSense

Emoji Keyboard has integrated Google AdSense for site ownership verification and potential advertising. Ads may not be displayed unless and until Google approves the website.

If advertising becomes active, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, browser and device information, page interactions, advertising identifiers, and cookies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and related purposes. Depending on your location and applicable consent choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.

Emoji Keyboard does not intentionally send visitors' composed emoji content, names, Contact form contents, or email messages to AdSense for advertising.

Emoji Keyboard uses Google's certified Privacy & messaging consent platform for advertising choices where required in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The message provides Consent, Do not consent, and Manage options. This advertising consent is separate from the website's GA4 analytics preference. Publishing the consent message does not mean that the website has been approved for AdSense or that ads are currently serving.

When ads become active, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising. Google may use advertising cookies to support relevant advertising, campaign reporting, and avoiding repeatedly showing the same ads. Depending on consent and settings, advertising may reflect previous visits to this or other websites.

Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google's My Ad Center. Visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland can revisit or revoke their advertising choices through the privacy-choice or revocation control provided by Google's consent platform.

Learn more through Google's Privacy Policy, Google's advertising information, and Google's explanation of how it uses information from sites that use its services.
