Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These terms explain the conditions that apply when you access or use Emoji Keyboard. They are written as practical information and are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Emoji Keyboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. You should also review the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain current information and browser-storage practices.
2. About the Service
Emoji Keyboard is a free browser-based utility. It lets visitors browse and search Unicode emojis, select supported skin tones, copy individual emojis, combine emojis in a composer, revisit recent selections, save favorites, and read related informational blog content.
No account is required. The core tool displays Unicode text characters rather than proprietary platform artwork. Clipboard actions occur only after a visitor deliberately activates a copy control. Recent emojis, favorites, composer state, skin-tone preference, and consent choice may be stored locally in the browser. Individual features depend on browser, device, operating-system, font, clipboard, and destination-platform support, so compatibility is not guaranteed everywhere.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the service for ordinary personal, educational, creative, and business communication. You must not use it to violate applicable law; harass, threaten, deceive, or violate another person's rights; introduce malicious code; disrupt or overload the service; bypass reasonable security measures; or misrepresent an affiliation with Emoji Keyboard.
Automated activity must not harm availability or infrastructure. Scraping or reproducing substantial portions of original site design, branding, code, or written content in violation of applicable rights is not permitted. This does not categorically prohibit normal search-engine crawling, accessibility technology, or legitimate browser automation that operates responsibly.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether an emoji or combination is suitable for your context, checking how it appears on the destination platform, and reviewing content before sending or publishing it. You must follow the rules of any website, application, workplace, or service where copied content is used.
Emoji appearance and interpretation can vary between cultures, contexts, operating systems, fonts, and platforms. Keep important text or combinations separately when losing browser-local state would cause inconvenience.
5. Clipboard and Local Browser Data
Copying is initiated by the visitor. Browser permissions, security rules, or compatibility may prevent clipboard access. Where browser storage is available, the site may retain recent emoji identifiers, favorites, skin-tone preference, composer entries, and analytics consent choice in that browser profile.
Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing browser profiles, or moving to another browser or device can remove or separate these preferences. Emoji Keyboard does not guarantee permanent preservation of local state. See the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property and Unicode
Emoji Keyboard's original branding, website design, code, and written content are distinct from Unicode characters and data and from third-party or open-source resources. Applicable third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Emoji Keyboard does not claim ownership of Unicode emoji characters or platform-specific emoji artwork.
Reference information is available in the Unicode Emoji Charts, Unicode License, and Unicode Emoji Technical Standard #51.

7. Informational Content
Blog articles and guides are provided for general informational purposes. Reasonable efforts are made to keep them useful and accurate, but software interfaces, shortcuts, browsers, operating systems, and external resources can change. Consult relevant official platform documentation when accuracy is important. The site does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to Unicode, Microsoft, Apple, Google, LinkedIn, X, GitHub, and other external references. Those sites are controlled by their respective operators, may change without notice, and have their own terms and privacy practices. Emoji Keyboard does not control or guarantee their availability, content, or practices.
9. Service Availability and Changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, content, limits, routes, and availability may change. Temporary interruptions can result from maintenance, hosting, browser changes, network conditions, security responses, or circumstances outside the operator's control. No promise of continuous or 100% uptime is made.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this free utility is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Emoji rendering, clipboard behavior, browser support, and compatibility with third-party applications may vary.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service, inability to access it, lost browser-local preferences, platform rendering differences, or use of copied content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension or Restricted Access
The website has no user-account termination process. Access may nevertheless be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, visitors, infrastructure, or legal compliance from abusive, harmful, automated, or disruptive activity.
13. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The latest version and its updated date will appear on this page. Because there are no user accounts or mailing list for service notices, individual updates are not promised by email.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page by selecting the closest relevant subject, or by writing to arslandev7@gmail.com. No guaranteed response time is promised.
